The Medical Reserve Corps unit will:

• Regularly acknowledge the unique commitments and talents of each MRC member
  
  
• Maintain a website for members to access information about upcoming opportunities for MRC members to volunteer at local health-related events
  
  
• In the event of an incident, make duty assignments that are commensurate with the individual’s skills,  expertise and licensure
  
  
• Implement a work schedule during an incident designed to ensure the member’s health and well-being
